1. Cancellation of Services Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to:

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the services until the end of your

billing period.

2. New subscription 30 Days Grantees are eligible for a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked!

To request a refund, please submit your request via email to [email protected] at least 4 days before the cycle ends.

While it's not required, we would appreciate knowing the reason for your cancellation to help us improve our service.

3. Refund Policy Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing

period.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days of the initial payment.

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

One-Time Fees: Any one-time fees charged for specific services (setup fees, consulting fees)

are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

4. Refund Process To request a refund for eligible subscriptions, please send an email to:

reason for the refund. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Changes to the Policy A High Tech Innovation reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through a notification on our website.
